We accept returns within 7 days of product delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and certificates intact.

• Any product personally energized (Pran Pratishtha) for you
• Opened gemstones / worn Rudraksha
• Services: Consultations, Pujas, Anushthan (once performed)

Return Process

1. WhatsApp us at +91 92113 09090 with photo of product and invoice within 7 days
2. After approval, pack the product securely
3. We arrange reverse pickup or share return address
4. Refund processed within 5-7 working days of receiving the return

Damaged / Wrong Items

In case you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please share unboxing video and photos within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange free replacement or 100% refund.
